Albany Calls Up Naumenko From Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers announced that goaltender Gregg Naumenko has been called up to the Albany River Rats of the American Hockey League.

Naumenko was returned from Bridgeport of the AHL and started for the Bombers on Saturday, making 26 saves in a 6-2 win against Trenton to improve to 3-3-0 with a goals against of 3.19 and a save percentage of .901.

The 28-year-old did not play during his call up to Bridgeport, but is 5-1-0 with a goals-against average of 3.34 and a save percentage of .894 in seven games with Portland of the AHL and 1-2-0 with a goals-against average of 2.37 and a save percentage of .885 in three games with Chicago of the AHL.
