Beaulieu agrees to terms with IceMen

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The Evansville IceMen announced on Monday that the club has agreed to terms with left wing Josh Beaulieu for the 2012-13 season.

 

The IceMen are the ECHL affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League and the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League.

 

The 25-year-old Beaulieu enters his sixth pro season and his second with Evansville. He enjoyed his best season as a pro in with the IceMen in 2011-12, posting a career-high 48 points (24g-24a) in 58 games.

 

The former fifth round draft choice of the NHL Philadelphia Flyers began his pro career in the AHL with the the Philadelphia Phantoms from 2007-09 and later the Adirondack Phantoms in the 2009-10 campaign. In three AHL seasons, he saw significant action, playing in 136 games.
