Blackhawks Reassign Brodeur To Ice Pilots

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League have reassigned goaltender Mike Brodeur to Pensacola.

The Ice Pilots are the ECHL affiliate of the Blackhawks of the NHL and the IceHogs of the AHL.

Selected in the seventh round (211th overall) by Chicago in the 2003 National Hockey League Entry Draft and under NHL contract to the Blackhawks, the 24 year old is 7-7-4 with a shutout, a goals-against average of 3.16 and a save percentage of .911 in 20 games with Pensacola and 2-3-0 with a goals-against average of 2.41 and a save percentage of .915 in six games with Rockford.
