Bombers Acquire Czech, Lukin, McLean

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers announced that they have acquired defenseman Steve Czech, center Jarret Lukin, left wing Mike McLean and future considerations from the Florida Everblades in exchange for center Yannick Tifu.

The 26-year-old Czech had 14 points (4g-10a) and 56 penalty minutes in 57 regular season games and one assist and two penalty minutes in three Kelly Cup Playoff games with the Everblades in 2007-08.

The 24-year-old Lukin had 30 points (10g-20a) and 56 penalty minutes in 72 regular season games and also played in three Kelly Cup Playoff games for Florida in 2007-08.

In his first professional season in 2007-08, the 22-year-old McLean had 22 points (9g-13a) and 28 penalty minutes in 54 regular season games for the Everblades who acquired him in a Nov. 28, 2007 trade with Elmira where he had two assists and two penalty minutes in six games.
