Bombers, Cyclones Announce Cricket Cup

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers and Cincinnati Cyclones announced that the winner of the regular season series between the two teams will be awarded the “Cricket Cup” sponsored by Cricket Communications of Southwest Ohio.

The teams also announced that for every goal scored in the 12 games Cricket Communications of Southwest Ohio will donate $25 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation®, the nation’s largest wish-granting organization. Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® has given hope, strength and joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions.

The Cyclones are the ECHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League and the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League while the Bombers are the ECHL affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets of the NHL and the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL.
