Bombers’ Kolarik Recalled By Syracuse

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers announced that center Tyler Kolarik has been recalled by the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League.

The Bombers are the ECHL affiliate of the Crunch of the AHL and the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the fifth round (150th overall) by the Blue Jackets in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, the 24-year-old was selected to the ECHL All-Star Game and had 32 points (16g-16a) in 49 games with Dayton and also played two games in the AHL with Syracuse as a rookie in 2004-05 before suffering a knee injury in February.
