Calgary Signs Steelheads’ Peters

CALGARY, Alberta – The Calgary Flames announced that they have signed former Idaho center Warren Peters.

In 2004-05, the 23-year-old Peters had 46 points (23g-23a) and 131 penalty minutes in 69 regular season games and had one assist and 12 penalty minutes in four Kelly Cup Playoff games for Idaho.

In his first full professional season in 2003-04, the 6-0 and 201-pound Peters scored 13 points (6g-7a) in 21 regular season games with Idaho while also playing in the American Hockey League with Utah, scoring eight points (4g-4a) in 55 regular season games.
