Carolina Assigns Manzato To Wranglers

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Wranglers® announced that the Carolina Hurricanes of the National Hockey League have assigned rookie goaltender Daniel Manzato to Las Vegas.

The 23 year old is expected to join the Wranglers for their games at Phoenix on Saturday and Sunday.

Selected in the fifth round (160th overall) by Carolina in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft and under NHL contract to the Hurricanes, the 23 year old is 2-0-0 with a goals-against average of 2.00 and a save percentage of .947 in two games with Charlotte.
