Idaho's Flichel Suspended, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced that Idaho forward Marty Flichel has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #624 against Utah on March 16.

Flichel is suspended and fined under Rule #29 – Supplemental Discipline.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player’s Hardship Fund.

Flichel will miss Idaho’s game against Utah on March 17.
