PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Friday that Ryan Stanzel of the Louisiana IceGators is the recipient of the 2002-03 ECHL Public Relations Award.
Stanzel received the award, which is chosen in a vote of the ECHL public relations directors and broadcasters, at the ECHL Marketing and Communications Meetings held June 1-4 in Charlotte, N.C., attended by more than 150 representatives from ECHL teams
"I am extremely honored to be presented with this award," said Stanzel. "There are tremendous public relations personnel in the ECHL, and to be honored by them is truly gratifying. I would also like to thank both the organization and the fans for their support."
