Falcons Loan Brown To Quad City

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons announced that defenseman Brad Brown has been loaned to the Quad City Flames of the American Hockey League.
Selected in the first round (18th overall) by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1994 NHL Entry Draft, the 32 year old has one assist and five penalty minutes in four games with Fresno.
The Falcons are the ECHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League and the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League. Mike Haviland, who is one of two coaches to lead two different teams to the Kelly Championship, and John Torchetti, who was a coach and player in the ECHL, are assistant coaches for the Blackhawks.
