Chiefs To Wear Marine Corps Jerseys

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – The Johnstown Chiefs will proudly don United States Marines themed jerseys when they kick off a three-game home stand next Friday. The specialty jerseys, and silent auction, highlight the upcoming promotional schedule.
The Marine Corps jerseys are a nearly identical replica of the Marines’ Dress Blue uniforms. These one-of-a-kind jerseys will be worn for the Chiefs’ home game against the Toledo Walleye on Friday, March 26, 2010 at 7:05 p.m. ET. Each jersey will be auctioned off via silent auction during the game and afterwards winning bidders will be able to come down to ice level and receive the jersey right off of their favorite player’s back.
