Charpentier, Sisca Assigned To Everblades

ESTERO, Fla. – The Florida Everblades announced that they have been assigned defenseman Bryce Charpentier and center Daniel Sisca.

Florida is the ECHL affiliate of the Carolina Hurricanes and the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League and the Lowell Lock Monsters of the American Hockey League.

Assigned to Florida by Lowell of the AHL, the 22-year-old Sisca played in Italy in 2004-05 scoring 35 points (17g-18a) in 36 games with Varese. He played five seasons in the Ontario Hockey League from 1999-2004 scoring 332 points (140g-192a) in 314 games with Owen Sound, Mississauga and Sarnia.

Charpentier, who signed a contract and participated in training camp with Grand Rapids of the AHL, had six points (1g-5a) and 149 penalty minutes in 40 regular season games with Florida in 2004-05 after being acquired in a trade with Peoria where had one assist and 47 penalty minutes in 12 games.
