Chiefs’ Rosehill Recalled To Springfield
Falcons Assign Egener To Johnstown

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – The Johnstown Chiefs announced that rookie defenseman Jay Rosehill has been recalled to the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League and that the Falcons have assigned defenseman Mike Egener to the Chiefs.

The Chiefs are the ECHL affiliate of the Falcons of the AHL and the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the seventh round (227th overall) by Tampa Bay in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, the 6-foot-3 and 210-pound Rosehill has eight penalty minutes in four games with Johnstown.

Selected in the second round (34th overall) by Tampa Bay in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, the 21-year-old Egener has 16 penalty minutes in six games with Springfield after having five points (3g-2a) and 183 penalty minutes in 45 games with the Falcons as a rookie in 2004-05.
