Chiefs’ Tremblay Recalled To Cleveland

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – The Johnstown Chiefs announced that forward Jonathan Tremblay has been recalled to Cleveland of the American Hockey League. Tremblay is available for the Barons game against San Antonio on Tuesday.

In his first professional season and under contract to Cleveland, the 20-year-old Tremblay has 84 penalty minutes and six points (2g-4a) in 25 games with Johnstown.

Selected in the seventh round (201st overall) by San Jose in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, the 6-3 and 245-pound Tremblay played the past two seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, accumulating 548 penalty minutes and four points (3g-1a) in 122 regular season games.
