PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced on Tuesday that it has suspended Cincinnati right wing Sam Ftorek for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #694 at Stockton on Mar. 3.
Ftorek missed Cincinnati’s game at Fresno on Mar. 4.
Ftorek is suspended and fined under Rule 29 Supplemental Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, all player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player’s Hardship Fund.
