Condors Agree To Terms With Balan, Lencses

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced that they have agreed to terms with defensemen Scott Balan (pictured) and Tamas Lencses.

The 25-year-old Balan had 13 points (3g-10a) and 110 penalty minutes in 56 games for the Condors in 2006-07 before suffering a season-ending knee injury on Mar. 7 at Utah. Balan has been living in Bakersfield in the offseason and is expected to be fully recovered in time for training camp.

The 27-year-old Lencses has played the last nine years playing in his native Hungary where he was a member of the Hungarian National Team from 2004-06 while also playing for Hungary in the 1999 World Junior Championships.
