Dallas Reassigns Crombeen To Steelheads

BOISE, Idaho – The Idaho Steelheads announced that the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League have assigned rookie right wing B.J. Crombeen from the Iowa Stars of the American Hockey League.

Crombeen is expected to be in the lineup for Idaho on Friday when it plays at Bakersfield.

The Steelheads are the ECHL affiliate of the Iowa Stars of the AHL and the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the second round (54th overall) by Dallas in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft and under contract to the NHL Stars, the 20-year-old Crombeen has three points (2g-1a) in three games with Idaho and 11 points (4g-7a) and 69 penalty minutes in 38 games with Iowa.
