Bombers center Paul Kelly (pictured) has been Mr. Everything for Dayton in the postseason. He is second in points scored (16), leads the team in goals (8) and has a plus-minus ratio of plus-14, which is tops in the ECHL.
Dayton center Yannick Tifu led the team in scoring with 94 points in the regular season, which ranked No. 3 in the ECHL. Tifu has kept up his scoring in the postseason with 15 points.
Like Helminen, Dayton rookie Brad Farynuk is a defenseman who pitches in on offense. The 6-foot, 210-pounder out of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y., has 14 points (10 assists, four goals) in the postseason.
Bombers goaltender Adam Berkhoel was named the ECHL goaltender of the year and the MVP of the ECHL All-Star Game in January. He has a 2.45 goals-against average in the playoffs and is tied with Silverthorn with three shutouts.
