Doucette Scheduled To Join Bombers

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers announced that center Cody Doucette is expected to join the team in time for Sunday’s preseason game against the Toledo Storm.

The 20-year-old Doucette had four penalty minutes in one game with the Florida Everblades in 2004-05 and two goals and 52 penalty minutes in 13 games with Moncton of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

In 2003-04 in the QMJHL, the 6-foot and 203-pound Doucette had one assist and 121 penalty minutes in 29 games with Quebec and two points (1g-1a) and 75 penalty minutes in 31 regular season games and four points (2g-2a) and 18 penalty minutes in 20 playoff games with Moncton.
