Eberly, Milam Return To Gwinnett From AHL

DULUTH, Ga. – The Gwinnett Gladiators announced that defenseman Danny Eberly has been returned to the team from the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League and that the Chicago Wolves of the AHL have reassigned two-time ECHL All-Star defenseman Troy Milam to Gwinnett where he has been placed on the seven-day injured reserve.

The Gladiators are the ECHL affiliate of the Wolves of the AHL and the Atlanta Thrashers of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the eighth round (238th overall) by the New York Rangers in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, the 25-year-old Eberly has 21 points (7g-14a) and 91 penalty minutes in 35 games with Gwinnett and four points (1g-3a) in five games with Norfolk.

Under contract to the Wolves, the 25-year-old Milam has 46 points (6g-40a) and 38 penalty minutes in 45 games with Gwinnett and two penalty minutes in two games with Chicago.
