ECHL Announces Fines, Suspensions

PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL on Monday announced the following fines and suspensions.

 
Cincinnati’s Lehman Fined, Suspended
 

Cincinnati’s Scott Lehman has been suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #338, Wheeling at Cincinnati, on Jan. 14.

 

Lehman was assessed a match penalty for kicking at 15:34 of the third period.

 

He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 – Supplementary Discipline.

 

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player’s Hardship Fund.

 

Lehman missed Cincinnati’s game at Wheeling on Jan. 15 and will miss Cincinnati’s game against Wheeling on Jan. 18.

 

 

Bakersfield’s Robins Fined, Suspended

 

Bakersfield’s Bobby Robins has been suspended for four games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #337, Alaska at Bakersfield, on Jan. 14.

 

Robins was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for an illegal check to the head under Rule #48.4 at 18:37 of the second period.

 

He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 – Supplementary Discipline.

 

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player’s Hardship Fund.

 

Robins missed Bakersfield’s game Ontario on Jan. 15 and will miss Bakersfield’s games at Ontario on Jan. 19 and at Las Vegas on Jan. 21 and Jan. 22.

 

Cincinnati’s Comrie Fined, Suspended

 

Cincinnati’s Adam Comrie has been suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #354, Cincinnati at Wheeling, on Jan. 15.

 

Comrie is fined and suspended under Rule #28 – Supplementary Discipline.

 

Comrie will miss Cincinnati’s games vs. Wheeling (Jan. 18), at Kalamazoo (Jan. 21) and vs. Kalamazoo (Jan. 22).

 

Utah’s Colley Fined, Suspended

 

Utah head coach Kevin Colley has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #353, Stockton at Utah, on Jan. 15.

 

Colley was assessed a bench minor and game misconduct for unsportsmanlike conduct at 19:32 of the third period.

 

He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 – Supplementary Discipline.


Colley will miss Utah’s game against Stockton on Jan. 17.
