Eddy Returns From Portland To Stingrays

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The South Carolina Stingrays announced that goaltender Justin Eddy has been reassigned from Portland of the American Hockey League.

Eddy started for Portland on Wednesday, making 17 saves in a 5-2 loss at Springfield.

In 22 games with South Carolina, Eddy is 13-5-4 with a goals-against average of 2.84 and a save percentage of .921. In 12 starts with Portland, Eddy is 2-6-1 with a goals-against average of 3.79 and a save percentage of .855.
