Flichel Extends Streak To 11 Games

Marty Flichel scored a goal in Idaho’s 6-5 shootout loss to Stockton on Nov. 12 to extend his scoring streak to 11 games and his goal streak to six games. The 11-game point streak (9g-6a) is the longest in the league this season while the six-game goal streak (7g) ties the longest streak for each of the past two seasons.

Flichel leads the team and is tied for third in the league with nine goals while his 15 points tie him for the team lead with Lance Galbraith, who leads the Steelheads with nine assists.

Mike Kompon of Reading had the fourth-longest streak in ECHL history registering a point in 25 consecutive games (8g-32a) from Nov. 26, 2005-Mar. 10, 2006.
