Florida Receives Cabana From Hershey,
Rights To All-Star Madden

 ESTERO, Fla. – The Florida Everblades announced that Hershey of the American Hockey League has assigned forward Paul Cabana to the team and that they have acquired the rights to All-Star goaltender Chris Madden from the Las Vegas Wranglers in exchange for future considerations.

  The Everblades also announced that they have traded defenseman Tim Branham to the Peoria Rivermen for future and financial considerations.

  The 26-year-old Madden is currently in the American Hockey League with Providence where he is 5-3-0 with a goals against of 1.76 and a save percentage of .938. He began the season with Long Beach and was 19-5-2 with a goals against of 2.14 and a .941 save percentage.
