Franck Returns To Nailers From Syracuse

WHEELING, W.Va. – The Wheeling Nailers announced that goaltender Andy Franck has been returned to the team from the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League and that he is scheduled to be in goal for Wheeling when it hosts Dayton on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old, who did not play in Syracuse’s two games last weekend, is 18-19-2 with two shutouts, a goals-against average of 3.54 and a save percentage of .896 in 39 games for Wheeling.

He leads the ECHL in games played (39) and minutes (2,272) while he is second in saves (1,154) and tied for sixth in wins (18).
