Fresno’s Krestanovich
Suspended Five Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced on Monday that Fresno center Derek Krestanovich has been suspended five games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #900 at Idaho on March 25.
At 1:10 of the overtime period, Krestanovich was assessed a match penalty under Rule 43(b).

Krestanovich is suspended five games under Rule 33A Supplemental Discipline.

Krestanovich missed Fresno’s game at Idaho (Mar. 26) and will miss Fresno’s games at Las Vegas (Mar. 29), at Bakersfield (Apr. 1), vs. Alaska (Apr. 2) and vs. Long Beach (Apr. 3).
