Gladiators re-sign club’s all-time games played leader

DULUTH, Ga. –

 

Last year with Gwinnett, Brandt earned a career high 27 assists and he finished the season with 43 points in 68 games with the Gladiators. He also earned a call-up to Abbotsford of the American Hockey League and notched his first career AHL goal with the Heat. Brandt finished with two points in four games while on recall.

 

Brandt skated with Gwinnett in four of the past five seasons and earned 158 points (63g-95a). He also appeared in 64 games with Victoria and notched 28 points (13g-15a) in 64 games in 2009-10 with the Salmon Kings.

 

The Wausau, Wis. native also has earned four points (1g-3a) in 14 career AHL games with Lake Erie, Manitoba and Abbotsford over the past three seasons.
