PRINCETON, N.J. – Ryan Kinasewich of the Utah Grizzlies is the CCM TACKS ECHL Player of the Month for February.
The 22-year-old led the Grizzlies in February with 10 goals, 16 assists and 26 points in 14 games as Utah went 10-2-2 to improve to 32-20-5 and move into third place in the West Division with 69 points.
The left wing registered 10 multiple-point games, including a streak where he scored six of seven games registering two points with a goal and an assist. He ended the month on an eight-game scoring streak (6g-12a), including three points (1g-2a) in a 5-4 win at San Diego on Feb. 22 and four points (1g-3a) in Utah’s 4-0 win at Phoenix on Feb. 26.
The 6-foot-2 and 202-pound Kinasewich, who led Utah with eight power-play points in February while tying for the lead with four power-play goals, was named ECHL Player of the Week for Feb. 20-26.
