Grizzlies Receive Rajamaki From St. Louis

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – The Utah Grizzlies announced that they have been assigned left wing Erkki Rajamaki by the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League.

The Grizzlies also announced that they have signed Tamio Stehrenberger, who played at Brigham Young University, as an emergency backup goaltender.

Selected in the eighth round (216th overall) by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft, the 27-year-old Rajamaki had nine points (5g-4a) and 67 penalty minutes in 60 games with Worcester of the American Hockey League in 2004-05.
