Hamilton Signs Cyclones’ Grumet-Morris

CINCINNATI – The Cincinnati Cyclones announced that goaltender Dov Grumet-Morris has signed a contract with the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League.

Cincinnati is the ECHL affiliate of the Bulldogs of the AHL and the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the fifth round (161st overall) by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2002 National Hockey League Entry Draft, the 24-year-old will be in uniform for Hamilton when it hosts Syracuse on Friday.

Grumet-Morris is 8-6-2 with a goals-against average of 2.68 and a save percentage of .906 in 11 games for Cincinnati while also playing in the AHL with Portland where he is 1-6-3 with a shutout, a goals-against average of 3.03 and a save percentage of .903 in 11 games.
