Hershey Recalls Engelland From Stingrays

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The South Carolina Stingrays announced that defenseman Deryk Engelland has been recalled to the American Hockey League by the Hershey Bears.

The Stingrays are the ECHL affiliate of the Bears of the AHL and the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League.

Under contract to the Bears, the 23-year-old Engelland has 16 points (3g-13a) and 20 penalty minutes in 35 games with South Carolina and 37 penalty minutes in 10 games with Hershey.
