Ice Pilots Receive Three From AHL

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that rookie left wing Cam Keith and rookie defenseman Dominic D’Amour have been assigned from St. John’s of the American Hockey League. Pensacola is the ECHL affiliate of St. John’s of the AHL and Toronto of the National Hockey League.

Pensacola also announced that defenseman Jason Beckett has been returned from the team by Syracuse of the AHL.

In his first full professional season, Keith has played in three games with St. John’s and has 31 points (12g-19a) in 59 games for Pensacola.

Selected in the third round (88th overall) by Toronto in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft and in his first professional season, D’Amour has two points (1g-1a) in 26 games with St. John’s and four points (1g-3a) in 12 games for Pensacola.

Selected in the second round (42nd overall) by Philadelphia in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, Beckett has two penalty minutes in two games with Syracuse and 25 points and 116 penalty minutes in 59 games for Pensacola.
