EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The Evansville IceMen announced that defenseman Jesse Perrin has agreed to terms with the club for the 2012-13 season.
The IceMen are the ECHL affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League and the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League.
The 2012-13 season marks Perrin’s fourth season of professional hockey. Last season, he recorded 14 points (3g-11a) in 60 games with Arizona of the Central Hockey League.
A native of Crossfield, Alberta, Perrin returned to the pro ranks in 2011-12 after spending one season in the Canadian collegiate ranks at Mount Royal College of the ACAC, where he tallied 10 points (3g-7a) in 16 games.
Prior to his one year of college hockey, he performed for a pair of seasons in the CHL with the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees where he registered 13 points (1g-12a) in 89 games.
