Fawcett begins his third professional season and his first with the Jackals, spending the previous two seasons in the ECHL. Before turning pro, Fawcett had a successful junior career, spending two seasons with the Ontario Hockey League’s Barrie Colts from 2012-14. He was named an alternate captain for the Colts in 2013-14 and over the two seasons he registered 75 points (35g-40a) in 130 games. He also had 15 points (3g-12a) in 31 career OHL playoff games over the two seasons.
