Kelly Cup Champions Agree To Terms With
Sproat, Gill, Petruic, Tormey

TRENTON, N.J. – The Kelly Cup Champion Trenton Titans announced that they have agreed to terms with forward Dustin Sproat, center Aaron Gill and defensemen Neil Petruic and Peter Tormey.

The Titans are the ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League and the Philadelphia Phantoms of the American Hockey League.

The 6-foot and 190-pound Sproat was led Princeton University in scoring with 35 points (18g-17a) in 31 games and was named team Most Valuable Player in 2004-05. In four seasons at Princeton, the 24-year-old had 57 points (28g-29a) in 91 games.

In his first full professional season in 2004-05, the 23-year-old Gill played for Cleveland in the AHL scoring nine points (4g-5a) in 75 games.

Selected in the eighth round (235th overall) by Ottawa in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, the 23-year-old Petruic had 46 points (14g-32a) in 157 career games at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

The 6-foot-4 and 215-pound Tormey, who will turn 25 years old on Saturday, has played the last four seasons at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell where he had 18 points (4g-14a) and 50 penalty minutes in 116 career games.
