LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings announced that they agreed to terms on a two-year contract with right wing George Parros and left wing Jeff Giuliano (pictured).
The Reading Royals are the ECHL affiliate of the Kings and of Manchester of the American Hockey League.
In his rookie season in 2002-03, Giuliano scored 30 points (7g-23a) in 38 games with Reading while also playing for Manchester, scoring 15 points (4g-11a) in 47 regular season games and one goal in three playoff games.
In 2004-05, the 26-year-old Giuliano scored 24 points (8g-16a) in 69 regular season games with Manchester and also played in two playoff games. Selected in the eighth round (222nd overall), the 26-year-old Parros had nine penalty minutes in three games with Reading and 247 penalty minutes and 22 points (14g-8a) in 67 regular season games and 27 penalty minutes and two points (1g-1a) in six playoff games with Manchester.
