AUGUSTA, Lynx – The Augusta Lynx announced that they will donate proceeds from their First-Annual Black and Blue Game to The Salvation Army.
The two-period intrasquad scrimmage will be played at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Augusta-Richmond County Civic Center. The Salvation Army band will perform in a pregame concert at 6 p.m. and will also play the national anthem.
Parking and admission are both being waived for the game in lieu of donations to The Salvation Army being accepted. The proceeds from Chuck-A-Puck will also be donated to The Salvation Army.
