McLean Returns To Wheeling From Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

WHEELING, W.Va. – The Wheeling Nailers announced that rookie forward Kurtis McLean has been returned to the team from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League.

McLean is expected to be in uniform for Friday’s game at Trenton.

The Nailers are the ECHL affiliate of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL and the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League.

The 25-year-old is tied for fifth among ECHL rookies with 25 goals and is tied for 16th among rookies with 46 points in 36 games.
