Minnesota Re-Signs Former Wildcatter Kassian

Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has re-signed LW Matt Kassian to a two-year contract.

Kassian played 47 games in the ECHL with Texas in 2007-08 scoring 10 points (6g-4a) and adding 90 penalty minutes.

The 23-year-old has appeared in 134 AHL games with Houston over the last three seasons tallying nine points (3g-6a) and 327 penalty minutes.
