Mole Recalled From Ice Pilots To Bridgeport
Sound Tigers Return Rankin To Pensacola

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that goaltender Michael Mole has been recalled to the American Hockey League by the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The Ice Pilots also announced that the Sound Tigers have returned All-Star rookie forward Rob Rankin to Pensacola.

Pensacola is the ECHL affiliate of Bridgeport of the AHL and the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League.

In his second professional season, the 24-year-old Mole is 13-17-2 with a goal-against average of 3.96 and a save percentage of .900 in 36 games with Pensacola and 1-5-0 with a goals-against average of 3.78 and a save percentage of .870 in nine games with Bridgeport.
