Nailers Receive Two From Hamilton
WHEELING, WV – The Wheeling Nailers announced today that defensemen Sebastien Bisaillon and David Urquhart have been assigned to the team by the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League.
Bisaillon, 23, was signed by the Bulldogs on October 14. He attended Montreal's and Hamilton's training camp, and appeared in three pre-season games with the Bulldogs. Last season, the 6-foot, 185-pound defenseman played for Kassel in the German Elite League earning nine points (2goals7a) in 54 games. The native of Mont-Laurier, Quebec has played a total of 52 AHL games earning 22 points (8g-14a).
Urquhart, 25, played in 49 regular season games with the Hartford Wolf Pack last season recording four assists and 34 penalty minutes. The 6-foot, 190-pound defenseman also played in 13 regular season games with the Charlotte Checkers of the ECHL in 2009-2010, recording 10 points (2g-8a) and 21 penalty minutes as well as seven post-season games with the Checkers earning two assists and 12 penalty minutes. From 2004 until 2008, the native of Thorold, Ontario played in 86 games with McGill University posting 70 points (13g-57a) and 190 penalty minutes. Urquhart has played a total of 107 AHL games, all with the Wolf Pack, registering 18 points (6g-12a) and 70 penalty minutes.
