Oilers Assign Sestito To Stockton

STOCKTON, Calif. – The Stockton Thunder announced that the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League have assigned left wing/center Tim Sestito from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League.

Stockton is the ECHL affiliate of the Oilers of the NHL.

The 22-year-old has two penalty minutes in four games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. He attended training camp with Edmonton, registering an assist while skating on a line with current Stockton forwards Tyler Spurgeon and Troy Bodie in the Oilers 3-1 preseason win over the Phoenix Coyotes on Sept. 19.
