Omaha Recalls Bellemare From Las Vegas
Knights Reassign Lynch To Wranglers

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Wranglers announced that right wing Thomas Bellemare has been recalled by the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights of the American Hockey League.

The team also announced that right wing Darren Lynch has been reassigned to the team by Omaha and is expected to be in uniform on Tuesday when the Wranglers host Utah in their season opener. Lynch has played in four games with Omaha registering two assists.

The Wranglers are the ECHL affiliate of Omaha of the AHL and the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League.

In his first professional season in 2004-05, the 22-year-old Lynch led Las Vegas in plus-minus rating (+10) and finished fourth on the team with 15 goals and tied for ninth on the team with 49 points in 54 games.
