Omaha Returns All-Star McKenna To Wranglers

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Wranglers® announced today that the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights of the American Hockey League have returned All-Star goaltender Mike McKenna to the Wranglers.

Las Vegas is the ECHL affiliate of the Knights of the AHL and the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the sixth round (172nd overall) by the Nashville Predators in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft and the starting goaltender for the National Conference in the ECHL All-Star Game, the 23-year-old is 14-3-6 and leads the ECHL with a save percentage of .928 while he is third with three shutouts and a goals-against average of 2.32 in 23 games.
