ONTARIO, Calif. – The Ontario Reign formally unveiled their official logo on Monday at a press conference held at the Hilton Ontario Airport Hilton and attended by more than 160 representatives from cities and organizations throughout the Inland Empire.
Designed by Keith Flynn of Flynnagain Productions in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, the logo features a sleek but menacing dragon grasping a hockey stick set atop an iron shield. The dragon is navy with orange highlights on the wings and head while the shield is silver trimmed in navy. ‘Ontario Reign’ is written in white letters across the middle of the logo.
The first professional sports team in Ontario, Calif., the Reign begin play in the ECHL in 2008-09 in the new state-of-the-art Citizens Business Bank Arena, a $130 million multi-purpose facility with 9,736 seats as well as 36 suites, a continuous concourse and a VIP club.
