Phoenix Agrees To Terms With Demianiuk, McNamara

PHOENIX – The Phoenix Roadrunners announced that they have agreed to terms with rookie defensemen Dusty Demianiuk and Jim McNamara.

The 22-year-old Demianiuk played four years at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he had 11 points (3g-8a) and 124 penalty minutes in 89 career games. In 2004-05, he had career highs with five assists and five points while ranking second on the team with 72 penalty minutes in 37 games.

The 23-year-old McNamara played the past two seasons at Western Michigan University, scoring 14 points (3g-11a) in 64 games, and one season at St. Cloud State where he had two assists in 17 games.
