Pittsburgh Reassigns Brown To Nailers

WHEELING, W.Va. – The Wheeling Nailers announced that the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League have reassigned goaltender David Brown from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League to Wheeling.

The Nailers are the ECHL affiliate of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL and the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League. The head coach of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton is former ECHL player Dan Bylsma and the assistant coach is former ECHL player Todd Reirden.

The 23 year old had 33 saves in a 4-2 win at Johnstown on Oct. 18.
