Pittsburgh Signs Former Nailer Wallace

PITTSBURGH – The Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League announced that they have signed undrafted right wing Tim Wallace, who played for the Wheeling Nailers as a rookie in 2006-07.

The Nailers are the ECHL affiliate of Pittsburgh of the NHL and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League.

The 22-year-old had 17 points (6g-11a) in 19 games with the Nailers and 14 points (5g-9a) in 32 regular season games and two points (1g-1a) in 11 playoff games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
