Providence Reassigns Havern To Wheeling

WHEELING, W.Va. – The Wheeling Nailers announced that left wing Ned Havern has been reassigned to the team by the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League.

Selected in the ninth round (273rd overall) by the Dallas Stars in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft and under AHL contract to Providence, the 24-year-old began the season in Wheeling and has 15 points (8g-7a) and eight penalty minutes in 15 games with the Nailers while also playing seven games for Providence.
